05Procurement
Send us a tender.
A closing date does not move for anyone. This goes to a queue sorted by deadline rather than by arrival, and you get a yes or a no — not silence.
01What we bid for
- Operations, records and workflow platforms
- Revenue, reconciliation and registry platforms
- Systems integration where two established platforms must agree on one record
- Applied AI where the output has to be defensible to an auditor
- Cloud and infrastructure work deployed inside your jurisdiction
02What we decline
Stated up front, because a supplier who bids for everything is telling you something about how seriously they take any of it.
- Bids where the specification names a product rather than a requirement
- Lowest-price evaluations with no technical weighting — we will lose those, and should
- Work we would have to subcontract wholesale and resell under our name
- Timelines that are only achievable by skipping the handover we contract to provide
03What we supply with a submission
- Company profile and capability statement
- Technical and financial proposals to the issued format
- Named CVs for the engineers who would be assigned
- Architecture and security documentation under NDA
- Reference calls with current public-sector clients, subject to their consent
The capability statement is a PDF you can attach to an evaluation file today. Full disclosures are on procurement.
